Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for listing only non-defective items that match their description. If a buyer is not satisfied because an item is faulty, not as described, or damaged on arrival, the seller is responsible for providing a replacement or resolving the issue with the buyer. DripProtect™ holds payment in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt — if a dispute is raised, funds are not released until the issue is resolved fairly by our team.
